How do we ensure that our cooperation moves us towards our common goals? That is not an easy task. At Danish Crown, we have defined five principles, that guide us in our everyday behaviors and decision making.

Crownies
In continuation of our “be an ambassador” principle, Danish Crown has prepared a Crownies course for employees who want to train to be co-narrators of the company's messages via their own social media – in other words: become a Crownie for Danish Crown.
The course includes two workshops of six hours. Here, you get to upgrade your skills on social media, get to know other colleagues from the business, share knowledge and much more.

We are acting in a changing world. Our customers and consumers make new demands, and great political and societal demands are made on our business.
Our business units work with several of the same tasks in different ways. The goal is therefore to help each other, standardise best practice as well as automate and digitalise more of our processes so that we can use our resources to create more value for our customers and consumers for the benefit of our owners.
